I'm a Lean manufacturing expert with amazing track records in various industries. During my career I designed and led 6 lean continuous improvement programs leading international organizations to massive breakthrough. I worked within more than 21 countries and lived several years in the US and in Singapore. I also expand my lean expertise to functions out of the usual production, quality, supply chain and safety areas such as on engineering, purchasing, human resource, finance and sales. I have been graduated in engineering from Compiegne Technology University and in business from Harvard Business School.
