I am currently managing the foreign branch of BeezNest in Peru, with the corresponding challenges of cultural differences and with the objective of heightening free software awareness.
My work is mainly focused on directing the development of highly-reliable, secured and scalable web applications ranging from courses/educational management (LMS) to entreprise management and multinational information and e-commerce systems.
Recent projects have strengthened my skills in team leadership, developers training, PHP development and educational standards (SCORM, AICC, IMS, ...). I have managed several development projects of up to 100K Euros.
