To accurate localization of the seizure originates, I will investigate and integrate the latest technologies from mathematical research into the MEG data processing pipeline specifically tailored for the localization of epileptic foci and functional mapping. First, we will develop new noise cancellation techniques to reduce the present noise in raw MEG signals. Second, we will interpret the filtered MEG data and identify epileptic spikes occurred in the signals.
