Zachary Zaitzeff is an avid outdoorsman. When he is not working at his restaurant, Zaitzeff Burgers, or painting, Zachary Zaitzeff works on personal fitness and athletics. During high school, Zachary Zaitzeff was interesting in cycling and cross-country running. As an adult, Zachary Zaitzeff focuses his athletic pursuits on mountain climbing. Zachary Zaitzeff has climbed to the summits of both Mt. McKinley in 2009 and Mt. Everest in 2011. Zachary Zaitzeff values outdoor exploration and physical fitness, finding time to exercise despite his busy careers as both a restaurant owner and painter.
