After 7 years in hotel industry (5 of them in Hyatt Hotels) I joined Ostrovok.ru, a hotel-booking startup, founded by two alumni from Silicon Valley.
I know I'm good in launching teams from scratch, closing big and complex deals, hustling for resources needed, inspiring my people, building healthy business relationships.
