My core responsibilities involve Maintenance and Support of IPCC (Internet Protocol Contact Center) a VAS node and VDI (Cloud Computing Infrastructure) of call center. Along with these I am extensively involved in all A&S (Application and Software) Delivery Projects. Work closely with the Project Managers on Solutions scoping, customizations and realizations.
