My core responsibilities involve Maintenance and Support of IPCC (Internet Protocol Contact Center) a VAS node and VDI (Cloud Computing Infrastructure) of call center. Along with these I am extensively involved in all A&S (Application and Software) Delivery Projects.
Work closely with the Project Managers on Solutions scoping, customizations and realizations.
Take a lead technical role in the deployment and successful integration of VAS products IPCC.
Lead technical upgrades and expansions of VAS IPCC products with a Vendor.
