Dr. Vukanovic received 10 research grants and delivered 15 invited lectures at MIT – Massachusetts Institute of Technology, University of Toronto, University of Westminster, The University of Amsterdam, Tampere University of Technology, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Catholic University of Portugal, Athens University, University of Porto, The Montenegrin Academy of Sciences and Arts.
