He teaches Human Resource Management, Organisational Behavior, Consumer Behaviour and Marketing at University Portucalense and ISCAP - Porto Accounting and Business School. His professional interests are focused on Human Resources Management, specially strategic HRM, international HRM, engagement and employer branding, but also experiential marketing and brand experience.
