• TROUBLESHOOTING:
o Provide technical support to customers through proper troubleshooting of Rosemount Analytical products such as Liquid, Combustion, PGA and Gas Chromatographs instruments.
o USA and Middle East Support
o Analyze how instruments respond and work with the DCS system of customers(HART, Fieldbus and Profibus)
• SALES
o Develop Proposals/Quotations and RMA for Rosemount products using JDE, ORACLE BETSY and CRM
o Review commercial terms and conditions to ensure compliance to prior agreements and Emerson Process Management established guidelines.
o Delivers product requirement to determine sourcing location and the need for expedites.
o Enter Sales order to JDE and Oracle
