I accompany companies within the Digital Transformation, support them in the Digital Strategy Development and its Operationalization. My main focus is on: * Consulting and development of Digital Enterprise Strategies in cooperation with the management, * Establishment of an Innovation Management which guarantees the appropriate use of knowledge penetrating into the company, * Development of new, Digital Business Models in cooperation with management, * Management of Change Projects and active design and implementation of Organizational Development.
