After finishing my A-Levels back in 2006 I began life as a full time funded athlete preparing for the London 2012 Olympic Games, where my sport, Handball would be represented.
The Great Britain squad relocated to Denmark where we lived and played for 5 years. It was here where I started my Coach Education, knowing that my longterm plan was to develop the sport in the UK.
In December 2010 i moved back to the UK to begin my role as the England U18 Head Coach for boys, as well as starting my 'Coaching Development' degree at Liverpool JM University.
Then, after a successful period in charge of the National youth squad, in September 2012 I was appointed as the Great Britain U19 Head coach. Pr
