I have finished my Post Doc(PDF), PhD from Department of Business Management, Osmania University Hyderabad. My Research Topic is on Knowledge Management Practices in Biotechnology Industries with reference to Andhra Pradesh. Also, Running International Journal of Academic Research in Social Sciences & Humanities, JP Journal of Management (ISSN: 2454-4973) . I have published 17 Papers in Reputed Journals & Presented 4 papers in National & International Conferences. I Have Attended 4 Research Methodology Workshops.
