My passion for human development started at 16 went I started training in hypnosis. At 18 I had a part-time hypnotherapy practice. I continued my training in multiple psychotherapeutic, social and systems approaches to become New Zealand's youngest qualified psychotherapist at 26. After a successful private practice I left to create New Zealand's first full-time Coaching business in 1996.
