EPs are expected to apply to at least 20 internships per week, communicate constantly with their EP manager, and check email daily. EP managers will help EPs understand internship opportunities better and create weekly plans to improve matching chances. Both parties should be honest, respond to emails within 24 hours, and make the most of their partnership to increase the likelihood of an internship match within 1-3 months.
