My work and passion is literacy. Much of my free time is spent reading, writing, and researching ways to grow readers, writers, and thinkers across our state. I am honored to work for the North Branch Area School District as an Instructional Literacy Coach for 5th and 6th grade students. My role involves sharing research, best practices, modeling lessons, fostering common language, targeted literacy supports, and assisting with English Language Arts curriculum, planning, assessment, and data. As a lifelong learner, I continuously seek out professional development that stretches my thinking and learning. I am fortunate to have opportunities to share this knowledge with others.
