I spent two years completing my MA in Communication & Media Studies at The New School in New York City. I'm a Capital Region native and happy to be back in the area after a long absence. I initially began my higher education by majoring in Film Studies during my undergraduate studies, but decided to expand my focus when I began graduate school. While at The New School, I developed a strong interest in the ways in which political and ethical issues are dealt with through the media, which has led me to have a strong interest in social justice overall.
