I'm a person full of curiosity and energy, my ultimate goal is to get involved in big projects, projects that are challenging, requiring creativity and learning about the field on a regular basis.
Currently, I'm Power Plant Manager, leading a group of technicians to ensure the right operation of differents mechanical and electrical elements of our power plant namely Gensets, Switchgears, Transformers.
In Addition to the technical tasks, I'm in charge of resolving the conflicts that may occur between the employees or between the employees and the company managers.
Reporting for the major problems and for the monthly needs of our power plant is one of my duties.
