Allocation of manpower and procurment of materials as per site requirments.
Preparation of daily,weakly,monthly site progress report.
Detailed planning for future work.
Attending regular meeting with consultants, client and main contractor to evaluate work progress.
Submission of MIR, FIR, IR and NCR Closing report.
Review the shop drawings and submission of approved drawings as per consultant advise...
