• Perform RF network troubleshooting and optimization activities for LTE network. • Study RF design coverage maps and Drive Test data to identify problematic areas in terms of coverage & interference. • Implement LTE optimization/acceptance plan, assess and escalate system issues to RAN, Core, and Data design teams. • RF Design using ATOLL tool by running several scenarios for Best Server, RSRP & RSRQ. • Initial cell planning, PCI’s & Neighbors planning, Pre-launch optimization (Drive test optimization). • Interference analysis (RF Scanner Drive test), KPI’s (targets and achievements). • Air interface testing with different UE's like Bandrich, Huawei & Quanta. • Acc...
