I truly believe we're at our best when we're connected to each other, both in the social and commercial space, and Social Media's role in us coming together means that I've found a real passion in this area. As an HR professional, I'm interested in how businesses use social to empower their people and customers. I'm currently working at Vodafone, where I'm working with HR teams to use digital media to best recruit, retain and engage, and shaping the employer brand.
