Management and Entrepreneurship is challenging work, but one that I find fulfilling and interesting. Both involve working with experienced individuals, and making their talent shine in order to bring a vision, product, or concept to life is a reward I find second to none.
Bringing a positive attitude to a team is paramount. After working in many teams I've experienced that motivation, team spirit, leadership and momentum will make any complex or interdisciplinary project easy for everyone.
