Obligations of the eSports Org
The eSports Org shall:
? Ensure the Player is provided with all of the equipment they need in order to perform their duties in
accordance with this Agreement.
? Remunerate the player in accordance with the Payment Schedule found in Annex 1 to this Agreement.

Obligations of the eSports Org
The eSports Org shall:
? Ensure the Player is provided with all of the equipment they need in order to perform their duties in
accordance with this Agreement.
? observe the League Rules of Organization X, all of which (other than the eSports Org Rules) shall take
precedence over the eSports Org Rules.
? provide the Player each year with copies of all the League Rules of Organization X, which affect the Player
and of the terms and conditions of any policy of insurance in respect of or in relation to the Player with
which the Player is expected to comply;
? arrange within 21 days appropriate medical, physical and dental examinations and treatment for the
Player at the eSports Org’s expense in respect of any injury to or illness (including mental illness or
disorder) of the Player save where such injury or illness is caused by an activity or practice on the part of
the Player not related to this Agreement. The eSports Org shall only be obliged to arrange and pay for
treatment to the extent that the cost thereof remains covered by the eSports Org’s policy of medical
insurance or (if the eSports Org does not maintain such a policy) then to the extent that it would remain
covered by such a policy were one maintained upon normal industry terms.
? comply with all relevant statutory provisions relating to industrial injury and any regulations made
pursuant thereto;
? at all times maintain and observe a proper health and safety policy for the security safety and physical well
being of the Player when carrying out his duties under this contract;
? give the Player every opportunity compatible with his obligations under this contract to follow any course
of further education or vocational training which he wishes to undertake and give positive support to the
Player in undertaking such education and training.
? Remunerate the player in accordance with the Payment Schedule found in Annex 1 to this Agreement.

Obligations of the Player
The Player shall:
? when directed by an authorised official of the eSports Org:
– attend matches in which the eSports Org is engaged;
– participate in any matches in which he is selected to play for the eSports Org;
The Player shall not
? during the course of this Agreement undertake or be engaged in any other employment or be engaged
or involved in any trade business or occupation or participate professionally in any other sporting or
athletic activity without the prior written consent of the eSports Org.

Obligations of the Player
The Player shall:
? when directed by an authorised official of the eSports Org:
– attend matches in which the eSports Org is engaged;
– participate in any matches in which he is selected to play for the eSports Org;
– to attend at any reasonable place for the purposes of and to participate in training and match preparation;
– to play to the best of his skill and ability at all times;
? except to the extent prevented by injury or illness to maintain a high standard of physical fitness at all times and observe the
Training Schedule attached as Annex 2 to this Agreement. The Player shall not indulge in any activity which might endanger
such fitness or inhibit his mental or physical ability to play, practice or train;
? exclusively use the equipment provided to the Player by the eSports Org in accordance with the Sponsorship Schedule
attached as Annex 3 to this Agreement.
? comply with and act in accordance with all lawful instructions of any authorized official of the eSports Org;
? observe the League Rules of Organization x
? observe the Anti-Doping Rules of Organization X
? submit promptly to such medical and dental examinations as the eSports Org may reasonably require and to undergo, at no
expense to the Player, such treatment as may be prescribed by the medical or dental advisers of the eSports Org or the
eSports Org’s insurers;
? Upon termination of the Agreement, for any cause, return to the eSports Org in a reasonable and proper condition any
equipment and property provided or made available by the eSports Org to the Player in connection with this Agreement.
The Player shall not:
? when playing or streaming wear anything which is official approved eSports org attire.
? during the course of this Agreement undertake or be engaged in any other employment or be engaged or involved in any
trade business or occupation or participate professionally in any other sporting or athletic activity without the prior
written consent of the eSports Org, provided that this shall not:
– prevent the Player from making any investment in any business so long as it does not conflict or interfere with his
obligations hereunder
