Adthisaya Ganesen’s career spans over a period of more than 30 years in the Maritime Industry, in Maritime Education and Training (MET) and in the Oil and Gas Industry as Superintendent, Manager, Educator and Project Leader with extensive experience in the following areas:
1) Led project management teams simultaneously for multiple new building projects (diversified fleet)
2) Led project management teams for multiple floating production assets like Semi FPS, FPSO & LNG FSUs
3) Develop and implement high-level strategies, making major corporate decisions, transformed and managed successfully the overall operations and resources of a world class Maritime Academy;
4) Operation, maintenance.
