About
Reporting to the Board of Directors I was responsible for the Prishtina International Airport management including strategic, financial and commercial development and also the airport daily operations including provision of optimal services for the Airport consumers, Air Traffic Services, business partners and other involved parties in order to provide safe, efficient and profitable services in accordance with Company’s missions and objectives.
In a period of three years (April 2008 - April 2011), the Airport increased the number of passengers by around 35%, increased revenues by around 40% and tripled the net profit. Furthermore, the Airport got certified according to international req.
