Daily job and responsibilities:
Setting up and monitoring weekly, monthly and annual forecast & budget for the rooms and banquet. Short term and long term Yield management practice, Room rate optimization for individual and group bookings, Up-selling strategy, Channel optimization, Promotion and packages, Updating, promoting, and developing the hotel’s bookings website, Building successful relationships with third party websites (OTA’s), Carry out continuous competitor analysis to ensure that hotel’s product offer and campaigns are competitive in the market place, Extract and analyze data in order to draw actionable business conclusion.
