• To optimize newly On-Air site (New site, Co-located site, Metro site, and add sector site) to meeting KPI as required
• Perform parameter tuning to meeting the KPI.
• Perform DT result analyze
• Perform Traffic balance between co-located site
• Perform analysis and provide recommendation to re-engineer site antenna tilt to improve KPI
• Perform KPI justification to customer on the SQA acceptance
• Prepare SQA report submission to Customer
• Do the trouble shooting according to project requirement
• Drive Test and Post Processing
