My contributions :
- Participation in PFO strategy definition and strategic planning
- Dealer Parts Operations Kaizen deployment (on field : Dealer support for inventory management, warehouse storage and parts sales)
- Branch support (on field)
- Software development to support inventory management policies at Dealer level.
