- Manage audit engagements, review and supervise audit work done
- Review financial statements in the completion phase and assess the
adequacy and completeness of disclosures
- Attend initial client meetings, prepare proposals, contracts and reports
- Close deals, negotiate contracts and attend feedback meetings
- Prepare technical evaluation of subordinate seniors and associates, act as
member in the annual appraisal committee
- Participate in preparing and approving new HR & Administrative policies
and procedures
