Lead the company’s core product i-e Land record computerization from proof of concept to fully operational in three different provinces and in 100 plus Service Centers. Project is funded by World Bank and has replaced the current manual system.
Managing the Delivery, Services, Training, IT, Project Management, On-Site supervision, DE staff (1500+) and consultants for multiple projects and located in 30 different locations.
Doing Strategic Planning and fiscal Budgeting for all Operations Departments.
Generating committed revenues with available resources, completing the running projects within agreed budget and timeline.
