Job Scope (applies to all trading positions):
* Handle bulk and container shipments
* Manage payments (L/C, CAD, DP at sight, open credit, etc).
* Prepare documents for bank negotiation and buyer payments.
* Prepare LC application to banks.
* Liaise with sellers, ship agents, surveyors, buyers and bankers.
* Keep track of incoming payments and warehouse stock.
* Manage system entries for product purchases and sales transactions, CMA, demurrage and dispatches, etc.
* Arrange load port inspection nominations to ensure product quality.
* Handle purchase and sales contracts.
