As a therapist, my goal is to creatively to support clients. My aim is to meet you and where you are and help you discover your strengths and your resilience. I provide individual psychotherapy to adults and youths facing challenges such as stress, grief, chronic or depression or those wishing to address childhood trauma. I wish to walk with you through your healing process and follow your lead in the process. My specialities include assisting and supporting individuals who are struggling with severe anxiety, depression and difficult life transitions.
