Manage OYO Hotels in Mumbai- Ville Parle,Goregaon,Andheri (W),Juhu,Bandra region.
Regular auditing of hotels.
Act as a 2nd level of escalation for customer issues.
Coordinating with other departments on improving the operations of OYO hotels.
