Having worked in PT Modern Sevel Indonesia (7-Eleven Franchisee in Indonesia) since early 2014, I have enjoyed working in Recruitment and Human Capital Division. My day to day activity would cover from keeping recruitment tools and process updated, screening tons of applicants in our recruitment source (Email, Jobstreet, Open Source, LinkedIn, Internal references, and else you can named it!), sometimes administer the test, mostly making quick review of applicants profile and assessment, and rest of the day is making necessary report to the management.
