I did M Phil in Env Management and Policy in 2012, did Master in Computer Science in 2001, worked as MIS/GIS Specialist in Governance Projects for 10 years, developed E-Governance Need Assessment Report, IT Policy and Capacity Development Plan for I.T Department of Baluchistan.
