Coordinator of EU Education projects since 1998, I have developped an original method to evaluate projects. It's based on observation, monitoring, analysis of questionnaires and on the philosophy of Total Quality Management established by Dr.W. Edwards Deming.
I am also an author and I have published several novels and short stories, both as ebooks and paperback in French and English
