Based on my studies Engineering and Technical Business Administration, I have built up a broad experience (20 years) in Quality Assurance, last decade combined with Environment, Health & Safety and Sustainability.
Main area of interest are the mechanisms behind deviations -like defects, injuries and errors- which are many times related to human,organizational and cultural factors.
