Main area of work is troubleshooting the Alcatel-Lucent VoIP infraestructure for our customer, dealing with Alcatel OXE both Crystal and Common hardware architecture, ICS for both voicemail and softphone configurations, 4635 and 4645 voicemail systems and CCC set ups for Global Wellcome Centers
My team is responsible of all needed technical support coming from both customers and other support teams. Technical support related with new customer deployments, cluster definition, Site acceptation, documentation, EWO definition, implementation and issues.
