About
General:
 Provide in-country management for the implementation of the Monitoring and Evaluation Framework, in a way that meets the DFAT standards of monitoring and evaluation practice and reflects the intention and approaches of the new program.
 Undertake specific areas of data collection including interviews with relevant DFAT staff, interviews with GoTL personnel, international and locally engaged advisers, and other data collection and research as required.
