10+ years' experience in Process Development, Transfer Tech support and manufacturing at a lead hand level, involved on cGMP compliance of production operations and continuous process improvement.
For this I have been involved in the management and team building, implementation of the quality system (SOP, manufacturing guidelines, protocols, exchange controls, preventive and corrective actions), and the qualifications and / or validation of equipment and processes.
