• Research experience in academia and pharmaceutical industry
• In depth knowledge for the preclinical evaluation of novel small- and large molecule drug candidates, particularly antibodies as anti-tumor agents,
• Recent focus is the identification, characterization and validation of novel targets for ant-tumor therapies
• Evaluation of cancer immune therapeutic approaches such as:
- redirection of pathogen specific T-cells against cancer (initiation and development of the concept and design of proof of concept experiments)
- in vivo efficacy of T-cell-activating-bispecific (TCB) mol
