I assisted the Board of Directors by designing and implementing a business plan to successfully market a range of unique and critical services to migrant jobseekers. I conducted research and analysis into the motivations of international jobseekers and the types of services they would want and need upon their settlement into Australia. I am currently working on a new business strategy to incorporate more resources towards parents returning to the workforce and identifying appropriate training services that will allow them to rejoin the workforce easier. The organisation has lariat started offering training courses in Education Support, but the focus is to find other pathways
