Over the past 8 years, my experience has spanned from illustrator to lead UX/UI designer and project manager at Russia鈥檚 top design firms, agencies and tech companies. Aside from my current full time duties, I lead design teams at two gaming startups and manage a small creative team for web projects. While maintaining a hands-on approach, managing design teams is what I feel helps me amplify my capabilities as a design professional.
