- Modeling: star-schema, Business Content objects use / reuse
- Data extraction: SAP delivered extractors, customer-build extractors, other systems extractors
- Queries: several levels of complexity
- Planning: development of planning areas, lay-outs and routines; APD applications
- Loading monitoring: process chains; dynamic parameters.
