Doctoral candidate in Learning systems design and technology. Currently working on research in self-regulation in online learning environment. Working as an instructional designer by providing learning support for online learning at the department level. Tasks include but not limited to managing LMS, developing learning content, designing learning sequence in online learning, designing assessment, and evaluating competencies and learning outcomes for online and blended courses. I am also working on a project to evaluate department learning outcomes using Desire2Learn Learning Management System. Final outcomes may include competencies and accreditation reports.
