I have a good experience in data center management and standards linked to ITIL disciples such as incident, problem, change, capacity and business continuity and disaster recovery management.
I am working now with the new methodology to build a Modern Data center (more efficient, manageable & scalable), using SDDC concept with Microsoft / VMware technology, currently I am working to transform KSU Main Data Center from a legacy to be a modern data center with following strategies:
- Let Software Drive the Data center (SDX).
- Converge Infrastructure Wherever Possible.
- Achieve End-User Computing.
