The main objective of the role of the Country HR Manager is to build sound business relationships and to drive critical HR programs; to act as primary interface and strategic business partner for the Key Management team in Indonesia; to lead the development of the on-site HR staff.
Country HR Manager is also responsible for promoting and implementing HR policy, expected to be in the driver seat in regard employees’ performance improvement and taking care about organizational climate within sites.
