- 13. Design Team We believe high quality mold start with high quality mold design Tec mold has 25 designers serve for your new project. The design software like UG,I-DEAS, PRO/E, Solidwork, Catia, are commonly used in our design team. We familiar with international mold standard like Hasco, DME Rabourdin and Daido. All the design will be evaluated in the project evaluation meeting held by senior design manager, technical director and manufacturing manager.
- 14. Quality Control Prior to exporting the mold and parts, we have a series of dimention and quality checking. The moldbase inspection report, steel inspection report, IQC report, IPQC report,sample inspection report etc, will be present to customer. Tec mold has certificated with ISO 9001:2000. TS 16949 is running in the tooling shop and will be registered soon.
- 15. Mold Export & Maintanence While we receive the shipping notification, the mold will be packed and shipped ,along with free eletrode, spare parts and steel certification. If mass production is completed in Tec Mold, The mold will receive maintenance as: the daily maintenance. Periodical maintenance. appearance maintenance. Spray anti-rust grease to the cavity while mold is took off from injection machine,
- 16. Our tool shop is using the Mould Management System(short for MMS ). MMS is excellent factory management system and is promoted to be used by two?Hong Kong governmental department ---Hong Kong Productivity Council and Federation of Hong Kong Machinery and Metal Industries. ERP System MMS enables the project manager monitoring the program in real time. The responsible person will receive the reminding letter while the project delay to be finished.
