Alicia provides comprehensive, specialized technical assistance and training to domestic violence and sexual assault coalitions in order to best address the needs of victims and local domestic violence programs. In her role at NNEDV she has helped create and support a mentorship program to pair long-time domestic violence coalition executive directors with new EDs. Conducted program evaluation to measure the efficacy of the mentorship program through a pre-test and post-test survey measuring a change in skills, knowledge and abilities.
