Most people don’t set out to be toxic on purpose (and if you do – this talk probably isn’t for you), but many of us may have toxic behavior we aren’t even aware of. In this talk I’ll discuss accidental toxicity, how to recognize it, and how to avoid it to make your workplace truly inclusive, or at the very least, better than a vat of acid.
