I was born in Yangon and now I live in Hlaing Township, Yangon. I am 38 years old now. I graduated from University of Distance Education specializing in Geography. And, I got master degree from SungKyunKwan University from Republic of Korea. My major is Public Administration, especially e-Government Policy and Management. I obtained the IT Certificates & Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from Yangon University.
